Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator Unimaq Ltd is a global leader specialising in the design, development and manufacturing of large precision machines and equipment to print preformed beverage cans at speeds exceeding 2000 cans per minute. The fully automated high-speed machines are designed, manufactured, built, and tested in Wrexham before being exported all over the world. The Package As the Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator, you ll be part of a friendly working environment at our site on the Wrexham Industrial Estate in North Wales, where you ll benefit from: A salary in the region of £25,000 to £28,000 with the level dependent on experience, plus paid overtime where applicable Permanent contract Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Private pension Healthcare cover after one years service The Role Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator Working as part of a small team in the despatch and goods-in departments, as the Warehouse Coordinator your duties will include: Running daily reports to check status of sales orders for picking Printing and arranging pick and pack documentation Picking and packing orders for UK and export markets Loading and unloading trucks, sometimes with the use of a crane (training will be provided if you do not possess a crane licence) Liaising with suppliers and third party transport providers to arrange inbound and outbound shipments Producing shipping documents, invoices, and pack lists Raising certificates of origin via Chamber of Commerce Ecert Portal Issuing kits to assembly Some physical manual work including packing machines and subassemblies into bespoke cases for export shipping Our Requirements Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator Solid experience gained in a stores or warehouse environment Good understanding of stock / ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Clear communication skills, both written and spoken The desire to achieve as part of a team Attention to detail with a high degree of work accuracy A valid FLT licence Although not essential, experience gained within the manufacturing / engineering industry would be advantageous, as would experience of export / import procedures, although training can be provided for the right candidate. A valid crane licence would also be beneficial.
