Remote working and great career prospects on offer for an experienced Software Product Manager with knowledge of SAFe and significant healthcare domain experience. As Product Manager you will be responsible for one of the company's key products, maintaining a deep understanding of the overall product, and its constituent components. You will create, develop, communicate and maintain a product vision, alongside nurturing customer and commissioner relationships. You will be working in an Agile / SAFe environment along with a talented technical team including developers and architects. Key responsibilities of the Software Product Manager: Maintain a detailed understanding of the product Perform analyses, assessing product strengths and weaknesses relative to opportunities and threats to develop and maintain a product vision Contribute to/own all other relevant product programme documentation Own and inform a high-level roadmap for the product Review and contribute to any relevant procurement opportunities Ensure on-going compliance with relevant specifications and guidance Maintain a detailed awareness of existing and emerging standards and regulatory requirements that may impact the product Initiate initial clinical safety review of proposed changes where appropriate Own and maintain the enhancement portfolio and review content in conjunction with Product SME s to ensure prioritisation, currency and removal of redundant requirements Provide support to Product SMEs in the creation and development of supporting documentation Key criteria for the Software Product Manager: Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional experience Significant healthcare domain experience with a thorough understanding of healthcare IT solutions Demonstrable understanding of Scrum and SAFE methodologies Experience and/or knowledge of JIRA / Kanban and Confluence systems Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills must be self-motivated Ability to identify requirements and deliver solutions in an incremental manner Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with often conflicting priorities and requirements Product and project management experience To apply for the Product Manager role, please send your CV to Elaine for consideration
