We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Sales Office Administrator based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. Due to rapid growth our client who is a UK leading manufacturer within their industry is looking for a self-motivated individual to support the sales office and field sales team. Main responsibilities will include: Inputting data and sales orders Receiving and making telephone calls to customers. Reception duties initial meet & greet of customers & offering refreshments, answering telecoms to give entry to premises. Maintaining database Despatching orders to customers using FedEx Supporting Sales Office Manager General duties as required and occasional other duties Assisting with purchase orders Filing paperwork It is expected that the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a confident administrator.
