Registered Nursing Home Manager RGN RMN RNLD Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum Location: Hatfield Contracted Hours: 40 Shift Pattern: Days Service: Care Home with Nursing Resident Admission Age: 65 years + Care Categories: Dementia, Old Age, Physical Disability CQC rating: Overall requires improvement Contract type: Permanent Requirements (Coronavirus) If offered employment, you must produce evidence that you have either commenced or completed the vaccination programme. If not, you must agree to have both vaccinations before your start date. All staff need to be fully vaccinated by Thursday 11th November 2021 or prove medical exemption. This is a warm and welcoming home located in a peaceful residential area in Hatfield, providing dementia, Physical Disability and Old Age care for 163 residents. This home is well-known for its high standards and excellent facilities. As Registered Home Manager, you will be a role model in everything you do and represent the home professionally. You will be instrumental in the provision of care, and it is desirable that you have experience of a similar position within the care sector. Strong leadership and management qualities are essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the role. You must have or be willing to work towards the Leadership and Management Award. You will utilise your strong creative and marketing skills to proactively promote the home in the local community. You will be provided with a structured and thorough induction programmed which will include various training courses. All nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the care home/company. You will also be given to opportunity to access training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills receiving ongoing support from your manager.
