HR Data & Systems Manager Bristol (hybrid, 50/50 on site) Full time, permanent £47,423 £53,353 Supporting a pretigious client based in Bristol to recruit a permanent HR Data & Systems Manager. To lead, develop and manage the HR systems team to deliver an effective and efficient HR software interface and dataset. Working closely with HR teams, external suppliers, ITS colleagues, Business Intelligence, leadership and wider stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing, designing and maintaining an HR systems solution that can support our staff journey, by enhancing processes and working in line with our strategic objectives and values. Key Skills: To lead the HR Systems team and provide strong operational management to ensure they have the right technical and customer focused skills to deliver a specialist service. To find innovative ways to improve and enhance the user experience, to digitally enable and develop HR processes through ambitious thinking, good communication and stakeholder engagement both within and outside of HR Preparing statutory reports i.e. Annual HESA Reports, Gender Pay, Equal pay, Race Equality, Student Staff Ratios etc Essential Experience: Degree qualification, a higher degree or formal relevant professional qualification or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge through work-based experience. Membership of a recognised professional body. Evidence of CPD
