HR Coordinator, Milton Keynes, Fulltime, Hybrid, £22,000 - £25,000 Your new companyIn this role, you will work within a team of HR Advisors, Coordinators and Administrators collaboratively to ensure all queries are actioned correctly and efficiently, ensuring your customers experience a professional service when dealing with the HR team.Your new roleIn your new position you will be reporting into the Head of HR, supporting with general HR coordination throughout the business. You will be exposed to HRIS, payroll and recruitment, as well as contract management and budget tracking.What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong awareness of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice
  • Completion of CIPD Level 3
  • A confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
  • A solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • A passion to develop within the HR career path
