A renowned property leader in London is looking for a HR assistant to join their established team on a 12 month FTC. You will have the opportunity to work in a varied role and gain valuable exposure and skills in a global firm. You will have the opportunity work in central London with a leader in property. Supporting the wider team and working closely with HR you will have the opportunity to hit the ground running and expand your knowledge and skills in HR. HR Responsibilities: Supporting recruitment activity by preparing job descriptions, responding to recruitment enquiries, arranging interviews and keeping records updated. Preparing job offer letters & employment contracts, obtaining references and right to work checks Induction and on boarding for new joiner by liaising with IT to setup systems access Assisting with the monthly payroll and responding to payroll queries Assisting with the coordination, signing and filing of contracts, including a monthly update for the Executive Directors Supporting ongoing GDPR complianceTeam Support Responsibilities: Diary management for Head of HR, Learning and Development and team events, which may be complex and extensive Creating detailed travel itineraries (when required) Extensive and efficient email correspondence Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments, IT and presentation setup Organising internal team events Supporting internal compliance procedures and records Assisting with year-end processes and the Annual General MeetingBenefits: Excellent benefits package Hybrid working options 30 days Annual Leave 35 hour work week Essential requirements: At least 2-3 years' HR Assistant or Administration experience within a professional organisation Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Experience in comprehensive diary management Exceptional standard of written and verbal English Proven ability to muti task and meet deadlines.
