Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Systems/Helpdesk Specialist to support the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) located at Fort Polk, Louisiana.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level technical assistance to the end user as part of the Division Network Operations Center (DNOC) Helpdesk at JRTC in support of JRTC rotational training.
  • Install and update operating systems and certificates while complying with DOD policies and procedures.
  • Image, configure, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues pertaining to PC's and laptops.
  • Assist JRTC personnel with CPOF, Ventrilo, TransVerse, Army Battle Command Systems, and Mission Command systems.
  • Provide assistance in configuring and implementing network monitoring maps and collaboration tools which provide customers with near-real time Rotational Training Unit (RTU) tracking on CPOF systems.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of helpdesk or systems admin experience
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • A+ or Net+ certification is required, Sec+ is preferred.
  • Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is desired
