Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. You will join on a full-time permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £53,000 per annum depending on experience. Following the rollout of our new business strategy, you will be joining at a pivotal stage of that journey as we continue to migrate services from legacy SQL environment to Azure Data Lakehouse utilising Databricks and Synapse Analytics so you will be working with the latest technology. The Data Analyst Lead will be instrumental in directing the data strategy, tools and team that underpin it. This is an exciting and challenging post for those who would like to drive improvement through our digital journey and ultimately help real people with housing needs to live better lives through data-driven improvements and reporting insights. As a national housing and care provider, some travel throughout Scotland will be required on occasion. What we re looking for in our Data Analyst Lead: You will ideally be degree-level educated in a data/data science-related subject and/or have demonstrated significant experience of operational delivery. This role combines hands-on reporting work alongside management, planning and oversight of Trust data architecture and strategy. An in-depth understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Azure data stack and Office 365 applications is essential.
