Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator/ Receptionist to join their busy team in St Philips, Bristol (near Temple Meads)!

The Customer Service Co-ordinator/Receptionist is responsible for handling day-to-day tasks in business, making sure things run smoothly. You will be responsible for reception duties, meeting & greeting visitors, coordinating onsite parking, visitor refreshments and fielding mainline telephone calls.

This is a dual role, and the role holder will be responsible for receptionist duties as well as account management and sales support, which involves accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments to customers in the UK.

Salary: £19k-£21k depending on experience

Customer Service Co-ordinator/ Receptionist Duties:

You will be a key point of contact for customers throughout their entire journey with the company, from product information, quoting, order processing, shipping, and post-sale support. They pride themselves in offering a personal touch to their customer service, treating customers as individuals rather than numbers.

The job requires high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and resilience due to its fast-paced nature, with a tendency for last minute urgent requirements. You will provide an appropriate, calm, and timely response in these situations.

In 2021 the customer service team processed on average, 205 quotes, 397 orders and 362 shipments per month.

Customer Service Co-ordinator/ Receptionist Requirements:

Some previous experience in an office role, ideally in customer Service would be advantageous. You will be good at following set processes and procedures, ensuring everything is done in the correct way.

You will have excellent attention to detail, high levels of resilience, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise in changing circumstances daily. Good planning and organisational skills are key to providing exceptional customer service.

Successful candidate will be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and with experience of building relationships at all levels across the business.

You will have good MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present data using excel.
