We are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Altham. This is a permanent vacancy and the ideal candidate must have Customer Service experience. Please see below duties and their excellent benefits package .... The role & ideal person Responsible for dealing with a wide range of customers handling a variety of queries and problem solving. Processing sales orders and liaising with other departments. Previous experience of managing large complex sales accounts in an organisational context within a fast paced environment. A strong customer service focus, and the ability to liaise professionally with all employees and customers. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to process deadlines. High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing. Sound working knowledge of MS windows-based software packages, particularly Excel.
