An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Country Finance Manager to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Lipton, PG Tips and Pukka based at their prestigious facility in Waterloo, London, working minimum 1-2 days per week onsite and the remainder of the week from home. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP for 12 months working a 36.25 hour week and is paying between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. The company is now separating and establishing on its own. The establishment of the company will entail the set-up of a stand-alone ERP system (S4H). The project is called Blossom Your role: Key support of the market CFO's in ekaterra, ranging from financial accounting, reporting and cash management in your country, incl O2C. Continue to build and support local business growth. Maintain strong internal controls by having a full understanding of end-to end process of set of local books, and ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies and procedures of ekaterra Key liaison with ekaterra project Blossom, being the local voice of the market. Keep on bringing focus for Blossom adding the specifics of your market in close conjunction with the local GM and regional CFO Support of master data clean-up for the Blossom go-live (all incl customer data, pricing, TTS, EDI etc) The scope and nature of work will evolve as the new organization evolves from a period of TSA support to standalone Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree Minimum 7 years' experience in FMCG industry Strong financial and business acumen with an ability to translate complex finance principles to cross functional partners. Strong communication & influencing skills Analytical skills and deep understanding of relevant finance and research tools High level of problem-solving ability Change management and project management skills Additional work experience in Start-Up's/Intrapreneurship is a plus
