Adecco are delighted to be partnering with this well-known financial service business in Fulwood Preston once again. We're currently recruiting for on behalf of our Client Customer Service Advisors and Case Handlers.

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working days: Monday to Friday

Location: Fulwood, Preston

Salary: £21,500 pa

Fabulous Benefits: include Pension, Health care

The ideal candidates will have proven customer service experiences and excellent communication skills.

Case Handler:

To manage the completion of all mortgage files, agreeing completion dates, checking documentation, setting completion dates

To be responsible for the management of your caseload, covering a variety of work types, to ensure customer queries/issues / administrative requests are dealt with efficiently and within agreed service levels

To provide an exceptional service to customers in all aspects of their dealings with the Company

To liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders

To ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specific time frames, criteria and policy

To deal with incoming telephone calls from customers relating to their mortgage and related applicationsCustomer Service Advisor:

Inbound/outbound support

Providing reports

Liaising with stakeholders

Maintaining and developing relationships with customers


Working within a team

Key knowledge, skills and experience:

Excellent software skills, particularly Outlook & Word (Excel and Adobe also preferred)

Ability to multi-task and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment

Experience of working within a telephone-based customer service led environment with inbound and outbound calls

Experience of working in the Financial Services industry, and in particular the mortgage administration and processing would be preferred but is not essential

First class communication skills, both written and verbal
