Lead Delivery Analyst - IT Change Northamptonshire hybrid Permanent, up to £60,000 + £5000 car allowance Purpose of the role Reporting to the Change Delivery Manager, the Lead Delivery Analyst is responsible for a specific area of change ranging from Small Change, Third Party, and Industry led to large scale client deliveries as allocated by the Change Delivery Manager. The Lead Delivery Analyst will be accountable for delivering their own projects whilst ensuring that projects assigned to their specific area are delivered in accordance to the governance framework, to the agreed timeline and budget, whilst minimising any adverse effects to stakeholders/clients or processes, as well as coaching the Delivery Analysts within the team for promoting the same. The Lead Delivery Analyst role is expected to manage internal and external stakeholders and therefore it is critical that they develop their business and technical skills as they will be expected to work collaboratively with internal department leads and peers to provide an excellent service to internal and external clients. Key accountabilities Responsible for all change delivery activity within assigned specific area, including their own projects which they have been assigned to deliver, ensuring all activity remains on track and delivered to agreed time, cost and quality. Supervise the workload of Delivery Analysts and ensure work meets the agreed timelines and change delivery governance. Motivate the Delivery Analysts and mentor them with best practices for issue resolution. Mitigate any challenges/blockers/risks faced by Delivery Analysts in their day to day work. Review and provide feedback on work in draft or completed by Delivery Analysts (e.g. DMA s, plans, RAID s). Have end to end knowledge of assigned portfolio, to understand and progress per client prioritisation. Responsible for providing support to Release Management roadmap planning and co-ordination activities. Support the Change Delivery Manager in identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiencies within Change and Release to assist in delivering improvements which enhance productivity and efficiency within the department and across the business. Accountable for ensuring change budget associated to change requests (CRs) within assigned specific area are monitored and variances tracked and reported to the client. Responsible for internal and external stakeholder engagement surrounding change either delivering themselves or supporting Delivery Analysts in the stakeholder engagement of changes within assigned specific area. Provide support to change delivery led initiatives aligned to the company s yearly objectives. Support Change Delivery Manager in the completion of defined tasks and responsibilities within service level agreements. Ensure that across the team of Delivery Analyst support and training is provided of Change Release policy and procedures identifying knowledge gaps Support the Change Delivery Manager at Exec/Senior Stakeholder sessions by providing Management Information Required skills and experience Knowledge and experience of project delivery methodology (waterfall and/or agile). Experience in managing large scale/complex multiple application implementations within a multiproduct environment including 3rd party and client delivery using cloud technologies. Hands on experience of End to End Project Management and Release Lifecycle. Proficient knowledge of MS Office products and Azure Dev Ops. Excellent Stakeholder Management including internal/external Senior Management up to/ reporting at Executive Management Level. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines managing multiple deliveries and resources in parallel. Driving results, working to ensure that milestones/deliverables are met and schedules protected, and providing the support and facilitation to achieve that. Excellent attention to detail & quality. Ability to assimilate and utilise new information, processes and training. Experience of resource planning and task management AGILE BA/PM foundation is desirable APMP or Prince 2 foundation is desirable ITIL v3.0 foundation is advantageous
