Are you a Business Analyst looking for a challenging new role? Working in a team of nine, you will be a part of exciting projects across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis of current processes to determine what can be improved to help grow the business. To succeed in this Business Analyst role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, to be credible, authentic, engaging, and able to communicate and influence people at all levels. The position is based in our Swindon Head Office 2 days a week and we can offer homeworking for the rest of the week if that is your preference. Key Responsibilities: Build detailed business process, mapping of existing business process flows, and create updated processes in line with projects Requirements capture and documentation Proactively work with business stakeholders and software developers to acquire and prioritise project requirements Proactive management of changes to requirements with collaborative timely communication to software developers and project stakeholders Liaise with the business to ensure suitable UAT is executed Be responsible for the upkeep and evolution of requirement documentation and business process workflows Liaise with 3rd parties internal and external to the organisation Managing assigned project work and working with the project manager to ensure smooth delivery of projectsThis Business Analyst role would suite candidates with experience in the following areas: Business Analyst, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Google Suite, MS Office, Vizio, Lucidchart.
